অর্ডার ডেলিভারি ও বাতিল নীতি

Martsoon.com-এ সকল অর্ডারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য

একটি অর্ডার সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হলে, সেটি বাতিলযোগ্য নয়।
তবে, ডেলিভারি সফল হওয়ার পূর্বে যদি আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমকে জানানো হয়, তাহলে অর্ডার বাতিল প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। (দেখুন শর্ত ১.১)
আমাদের কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে (বাংলাদেশ সময় সকাল ১১টা থেকে রাত ১১টা) দেওয়া অর্ডারগুলো সাধারণত ৩০ থেকে ৬০ মিনিটের মধ্যে নিবন্ধিত ই-মেইল বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ-এ ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
কর্মঘণ্টা শেষ হওয়ার পর অর্ডার করা হলে, পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে।

ডেলিভারির পূর্বে আমাদের সাপোর্টে জানালে, কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিলের আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য হতে পারে।
এই ধরনের বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে মূল্য ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, তবে সমমূল্যের অন্য একটি প্রোডাক্টের সাথে বিনিময়যোগ্য।

যদি কোন অর্ডার Martsoon কর্তৃক বাতিল করা হয় (যেমন: স্টক না থাকা), তাহলে গ্রাহকের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ১ থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
এটি শুধুমাত্র bKash Online Payment এবং Manual Payment পদ্ধতির জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

প্রোডাক্টের স্টক সমস্যাসহ যেকোনো উপযুক্ত কারণে Martsoon.com যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার পূর্ণ অধিকার রাখে।

Applicable to all purchases on Martsoon.com

Once an order is successfully placed, it is considered non-cancellable.
However, if our support team is informed before the delivery is completed, the order may be eligible for cancellation. (See Condition 1.1)
Orders placed within our business hours (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST) are typically delivered within 30 to 60 minutes to the customer’s registered email or WhatsApp.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed for delivery on the next working day.

If a customer requests cancellation before delivery is completed, the request may be approved at our discretion.
In such cases, while the paid amount is non-refundable, it can be exchanged for another product of equal value.

If an order is canceled by Martsoon (e.g., due to stock issues), the customer will receive a full refund within 1 to 24 hours.
This refund policy is applicable only for bKash Online Payments and Manual Payments.

Martsoon.com reserves the full right to cancel any order due to stock issues or operational reasons.
