এই সেবা শর্তাবলী (“শর্তাবলী”) martsoon.com-এর যেকোনো ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ বা ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম (সমষ্টিগতভাবে “প্ল্যাটফর্ম”) ব্যবহারের সময় আপনার অধিকার, দায় ও দায়িত্ব নির্ধারণ করে। প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশ, অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা লেনদেনের মাধ্যমে আপনি নিঃশর্তে এ শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন।

২. যোগ্যতা ও অ্যাকাউন্ট পরিচালনা
2.1 আইনগত বয়স — নিজ jurisdiction-এ প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক, নচেৎ বৈধ অভিভাবকের সম্মতিসহ সাইট ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
2.2 গোপনীয়তা — লগ-ইন শংসাপত্র সুরক্ষার সম্পূর্ণ দায় আপনার; তৃতীয়-পক্ষের অপব্যবহারের ফলাফলের দায়ও আপনার।
2.3 অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার শনাক্ত হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক/স্থায়ীভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে।
৩. সেবা ও পণ্যের কাঠামো
3.1 সব সেবা “যেমন-আছে” ভিত্তিতে, স্টক ও লাইসেন্সের প্রাপ্যতা-নির্ভর।
3.2 শেয়ার্ড অ্যাকাউন্টের ডিভাইস/লগ-ইন সীমা লঙ্ঘন করলে সেবা তৎক্ষণাৎ বন্ধ হবে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড নেই।
3.3 সেবা ঘণ্টা — প্রতিদিন সকাল ১০:০০ → রাত ০১:০০ (GMT +6)। বাইরে থাকা অর্ডার পরের কার্যদিবসে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত।
৪. মূল্য, পেমেন্ট ও চার্জ
4.1 মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (৳)-তে; প্রযোজ্য ট্যাক্স/ফি যোগ হতে পারে।
4.2 মার্টসুন যেকোনো সময় পেমেন্ট-পদ্ধতি, এক্সচেঞ্জ রেট বা চার্জ সামঞ্জস্য করতে পারে।
4.3 জাল পেমেন্ট বা চার্জ-ব্যাক হলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত এবং প্রয়োজনে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
৫. ডেলিভারি ও অ্যাক্সেস
5.1 ডিজিটাল ডেলিভারি — সাধারণত ৫ মিনিট → ৩ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ই-মেইল, ড্যাশবোর্ড বা অনুমোদিত মেসেজ-চ্যানেলে (হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ/মেসেঞ্জার) পাঠানো হয়।
5.2 যোগাযোগ-তথ্য ভুল হলে ডেলিভারি-বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার দায় গ্রাহকের।
৬. রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন ও ওয়ারেন্টি
6.1 ডিজিটাল পণ্য অ্যাকাউন্টে যুক্ত হলে অ-রিফান্ডেবল ও অ-এক্সচেঞ্জেবল; ত্রুটিপূর্ণ কনটেন্টের দাবি → ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে।
6.2 (ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য থাকলে) আলাদা রিটার্ন-নীতি প্রযোজ্য।
৭. মেধাস্বত্ব ও লাইসেন্স
সাইটের সব লেখা, কোড, গ্রাফিক্স ও ট্রেডমার্ক মার্টসুন বা লাইসেন্সদাতার সম্পত্তি। পূর্বানুমতি ব্যতীত পুনরুৎপাদন/রিসেল/স্ক্র্যাপিং নিষিদ্ধ।
৮. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতি
- অননুমোদিত রিসেল, হ্যাকিং/ক্র্যাকিং, বট বা স্ক্রিপ্ট ব্যবহারে নিষেধাজ্ঞা।
- কর্মী বা অন্যান্য ব্যবহারকারীকে হয়রানি করলে পরিষেবা স্থগিত।
৯. দায়-সীমাবদ্ধতা
মার্টসুন কোনো পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়; সর্বোচ্চ দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট লেনদেন-মূল্য পর্যন্ত সীমিত।
১০. বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি ও আইন
বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সমাধান ব্যর্থ হলে বিষয়ে ঢাকার আদালতের একক jurisdiction — প্রযোজ্য বাংলাদেশি আইন অনুসারে।
১১. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্ত
মার্টসুন পূর্ব-নোটিশ ছাড়াই শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করতে পারে; প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রকাশের সঙ্গে সঙ্গেই তা কার্যকর। অব্যাহত ব্যবহার = আপডেট-শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি।

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of martsoon.com and any related applications or digital platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting, creating an account, or transacting on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification.
1. Definitions

| “Digital Product” | Software licence keys, subscription codes, gift cards, and legitimately shared or private software/streaming accounts — excluding e-books, audio, video, or other media files. |
| “Subscription” | Recurring-fee model granting continuous access or benefits. |
| “Shared Account” | A subscription/account legitimately shared among multiple authorised users. |
2. Eligibility & Account Management
2.1 Legal Age — You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or use the Platform with valid parental consent.
2.2 Credential Security — You are solely responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under your account.
2.3 Unauthorised Use may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
3. Services & Product Framework
3.1 Services are provided “as available”, subject to licence and stock.
3.2 Exceeding device/login quotas for shared accounts voids access without refund.
3.3 Service Hours — Daily 10 a.m.–1 a.m. GMT +6; orders placed outside are processed next business day.
4. Pricing, Payment & Charges
4.1 Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳); taxes/fees may apply.
4.2 MARTsoon may adjust rates, fees, and accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Fraudulent payments or chargebacks lead to suspension and potential legal action.
5. Delivery & Access
5.1 Digital Delivery — Typically fulfilled within 5 minutes–3 hours via e-mail, dashboard, or authorised messaging channels (WhatsApp/Messenger).
5.2 Incorrect contact details causing delay or non-delivery are the Customer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds, Returns & Warranty
6.1 Digital items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once applied to your account, except for defective content claimed within 7 days of delivery.
6.2 Any physical-goods returns (if offered) follow a separate Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property & Licence
All site content (text, code, graphics, trademarks) is owned by MARTsoon or its licensors. Reproduction, resale, or scraping without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Acceptable-Use Policy
- Unauthorised resale, hacking/cracking, bot or scraper usage strictly forbidden.
- Harassment of staff or users, or third-party IP infringement, triggers immediate sanction.
9. Limitation of Liability
MARTsoon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; overall liability is capped at the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Unresolved issues must first be raised with Customer Support. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and are governed by Bangladeshi law.
11. Amendments
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
