Order Delivery & Cancellation Policy - অর্ডার ডেলিভারি ও বাতিল নীতি

১. পরিসর

এই নীতি MARTsoon-এ দেওয়া সব ডিজিটাল অর্ডার (সাবস্ক্রিপশন অ্যাকাউন্ট, লাইসেন্স কী, গিফট কার্ড)–এর ডেলিভারি ও ক্যানসেলেশন নিয়মাবলী নির্ধারণ করে।

২. অর্ডার প্লেস করা

  • অর্ডার ফর্মে নাম, ইমেইল ও ফোন অবধি তথ্য প্রয়োজন।

  • Checkout-এ দেওয়া ইমেইলটি MARTsoon-এ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সঙ্গে লিঙ্ক হয়; না থাকলে স্বয়ংক্রিয় অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি হয়।

৩. ডেলিভারি টাইমফ্রেম

  • ডিজিটাল পণ্য: সাধারণত ৫ মিনিট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে

  • ডেলিভারি মাধ্যম: আপনি দেওয়া ইমেইল বা MARTsoon ড্যাশবোর্ড

  • নোট: সঠিক যোগাযোগ তথ্য প্রদান না করলে বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতা হতে পারে।

৪. ক্যানসেলেশন শর্ত

  1. ক্যানসেলযোগ্য সময়সীমা

    • অর্ডার Placed → ডেলিভারি পূর্ব পর্যন্ত আপনি অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।

    • ৫ মিনিটের বেশি সময় পণ্য না পাওয়ার আগে ক্যানসেলেশনই কার্যকর।

  2. ক্যানসেলেশন অযোগ্য

    • একবার পণ্য ডেলিভারি ইমেইল পাঠানো বা Redeemed/Activated হয়ে গেলে আর বাতিল করা যাবে না।

    • কোনোভাবে পণ্য সক্রিয় হওয়ার পর ক্যানসেলেশন সম্পূর্ণ নিষেধ।

৫. ক্যানসেলেশন প্রক্রিয়া

  1. ইমেইল করুন support@martsoon.com অথবা WhatsApp করুন 018 67 86 1712।

  2. আবেদনে উল্লেখ করুন:

    • অর্ডার আইডি

    • নিবন্ধিত ইমেইল ও ফোন নম্বর

  3. আমাদের টিম ১–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার অনুরোধ যাচাই করে নিশ্চিতকরণ পাঠাবে।

৬. ক্যানসেলেশনের পরিণতি

  • ক্যানসেলেশন সময়মতো হলে সম্পূর্ণ ফুল রিফান্ড হবে (রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী)।

  • ডেলিভারি পরবর্তী ক্যানসেলেশনের জন্য রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়।

1. Scope

This policy governs delivery and cancellation for all digital orders on MARTsoon (subscription accounts, license keys, gift cards).

2. Placing an Order

  • Order form requires name, email & phone.

  • The checkout email is linked to your MARTsoon account; if none exists, one is created automatically.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Digital Goods: Typically within 5 minutes up to 3 hours.

  • Delivery Channel: Your email or the MARTsoon dashboard.

  • Note: Delays may occur if contact details are incorrect.

4. Cancellation Conditions

  1. Cancellable Window

    • You may cancel any time before delivery—up until the moment the digital goods are sent.

    • Cancellation must occur within 5 minutes before delivery to take effect.

  2. Non-cancellable

    • Once the delivery email is sent or a key is redeemed/activated, the order cannot be canceled.

    • No further cancellations after activation.

5. How to Cancel

  1. Email support@martsoon.com or WhatsApp 018 67 86 1712.

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Registered email & phone

  3. We’ll verify within 1–48 hours and confirm your cancellation.

6. Post-Cancellation Outcome

  • Timely cancellations receive a full refund (per our Refund Policy).

  • Cancellations after delivery/activation are ineligible for refund or return.
