আমাদের কার্যক্রম ও পণ্য সম্পর্কিত সাধারণ শর্তাবলী:

আমরা বিশ্বের শীর্ষস্থানীয় ওটিটি ও সফটওয়্যার সার্ভিস প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহের অথরাইজড বিক্রেতা এবং বিভিন্ন বিশ্বস্ত বিক্রেতাদের কাছ থেকে বৈধভাবে পণ্য/সার্ভিস ক্রয় করে, তা পুনরায় গ্রাহকদের নিকট বিক্রি করে থাকি।

ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি:

• আমাদের অফিস সময়: প্রতিদিন সকাল ১১টা থেকে রাত ১১টা পর্যন্ত।
• এই সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডার করা হলে ৩০-৬০ মিনিটের মধ্যে রেজিস্টারকৃত ইমেইল, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে অথবা ওয়েবসাইট এর মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
• অফিস সময়ের বাইরে অর্ডার করলে পরবর্তী কর্মদিবসে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হবে।

পণ্য রিটার্ন ও পরিবর্তন:

• আমাদের সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল, তাই কোন ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। তবে, যাচাইযোগ্য কারণ থাকলে একই মূল্যের অন্য পণ্যের সাথে বদলযোগ্য।

মূল্য ফেরত নীতিমালা:

• সফলভাবে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হলে, কোন প্রকার রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• যদি পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হয় কিন্তু অর্ডার না হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
• রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ১ থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
• ব্যাংক / মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

ওয়ারেন্টি ও বিক্রয়োত্তর সেবা:

1. ডিজিটাল পণ্য:
   • প্রতিটি পণ্যের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি নির্ধারিত।
   • ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যা হলে আমরা যাচাই করে প্রয়োজনে পণ্য পরিবর্তন করবো।
   • ডিভাইসজনিত সমস্যা থাকলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য নয়।
   • কল সাপোর্ট নেই, কেবল WhatsApp চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে কর্মঘন্টার মধ্যে সহায়তা দেওয়া হয়।
2. সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি:
   • প্রতিটি সার্ভিসের জন্য আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি সময় প্রযোজ্য।
   • ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে সমস্যা হলে সমাধান প্রদান করা হবে।
3. ডেলিভারি প্রসেস:
   • শুধুমাত্র ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
   • ভুল ইমেইল দিলে, সঠিক ইমেইল দিয়ে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
4. ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রসেস:
   • রিমোট সাপোর্ট (TeamViewer / Anydesk / WhatsApp Screen Sharing) প্রয়োজনীয়।
   • পণ্য ক্রয়ের পূর্বে বিস্তারিত পড়ে নিতে হবে।
5. পেমেন্ট নীতি:
   • bKash Online পেমেন্টে কোন চার্জ নেই।
   • অন্যান্য গেটওয়েতে চার্জ ১% – ২% হতে পারে।
   • Manual Payment এ ব্যাংক পেমেন্টে চার্জ নেই, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং চার্জ:
     • bKash – ১.৮০%
     • Nagad – ১.১৫%

প্ল্যাটফর্ম ও দায়িত্ব সীমাবদ্ধতা:

• আমরা শুধুমাত্র একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে কাজ করি। পণ্য/সার্ভিসের কনটেন্ট, শর্তাবলী ও মূল্য যেকোনো সময় সংশ্লিষ্ট কোম্পানি পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
• এই পরিবর্তনের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। গ্রাহককে পণ্যের সকল তথ্য ও শর্ত ভালোভাবে পড়ে অর্ডার করতে হবে।

শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন:

• Martsoon যেকোন সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
• অর্ডার দেওয়া মানেই আপনি উপরের সকল শর্ত মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

General Terms of Sale and Service: We are official resellers of globally recognized OTT and software service providers. All digital services/products listed on our platform are legally purchased from authorized vendors and resold.

Delivery Policy:

• Our business hours are 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (GMT+6).
• Orders are delivered via email or WhatsApp within 30-60 minutes during business hours.
• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed during the next working day.

Return & Exchange Policy:

• All items sold are digital and hence not returnable.
• However, if issues are verified (e.g., invalid or malfunctioning key), replacement may be provided with another product of equal value.

Refund Policy:

• No refund is applicable after successful order confirmation.
• If payment is made but order is not confirmed, a refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Transaction charges by bank/mobile banking must be borne by the customer.

Warranty & After-Sales Support:

1. Digital Product Warranty:
   • Each product has its own warranty period.
   • Within warranty, issues will be reviewed and product replaced if valid.
   • Warranty void if issue is due to the buyer’s device or environment.
   • No technical support over calls. Issues must be resolved via WhatsApp chat during working hours.
2. Service Warranty:
   • Each service has a specific warranty timeline.
   • Issues during warranty period will be resolved accordingly.
3. Delivery Method:
   • All deliveries are done via email only.
   • Customers must ensure correct email is provided during checkout.
4. Warranty Support Procedure:
   • Remote support may be provided using TeamViewer, AnyDesk or WhatsApp screen sharing.
   • Product details must be read carefully before ordering.
5. Payment Policy:
   • No extra charge for bKash Online Payment.
   • Payment gateways may include a 1–2% service charge.
   • Manual Bank Transfers: no charge. Mobile banking charges:
     • bKash – 1.80%
     • Nagad – 1.15%

Platform Responsibility Disclaimer:

• Martsoon operates as a third-party digital service facilitator.
• We do not control or influence original service providers’ policies, content, or pricing.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing the service provider’s terms before making a purchase.

Changes to Terms: Martsoon reserves the right to update or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order means you agree to all terms stated above.
