1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

K2ZI provides digital goods and related services, including but not limited to gift cards, subscriptions, software licenses, gaming products, digital tools, and online services. All products are delivered digitally and may be subject to stock, platform, account, regional, or provider-specific limitations.

3. Account Registration and Access

To use certain features of K2ZI, you may need to register or sign in. K2ZI may allow access through OTP login, Google Sign-In, or other supported authentication methods.

• K2ZI does not store passwords on our website where login is handled through OTP or supported third-party sign-in methods.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your phone number, email address, Google account, and any authentication method linked to your account.

• The person who verifies the login method associated with the account will generally be treated as the account holder unless otherwise required by law.

4. Orders and Digital Delivery

• All products sold by K2ZI are digital products unless clearly stated otherwise.

• Delivery may be instant or may take additional time depending on verification, stock checks, payment review, supplier processing, or technical factors.

• A product will generally be considered delivered once it is shown in your account area, sent to your provided contact details, or otherwise made available through the method selected at checkout.

• Once digital delivery has been completed, the order will generally be treated as fulfilled.

5. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before placing an order.

• You must confirm the product type, platform, country or region compatibility, account requirements, and any usage limitations before purchasing.

• You are responsible for entering correct account, email, phone, or other delivery details at checkout.

• K2ZI is not responsible for loss, incompatibility, or failed use caused by customer error, including but not limited to wrong region, wrong platform, wrong account details, or failure to read product information.

6. Pricing, Payments, and Charges

Prices displayed on K2ZI may change at any time without prior notice.

• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers or gateways.

• By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• Banks, card issuers, mobile payment providers, gateways, or currency conversion services may apply additional charges, exchange fees, transaction fees, or service fees.

• K2ZI is not responsible for third-party payment charges outside the product price shown by us.

7. Price Errors and Order Review

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, contains incorrect details, or is affected by technical or supplier-related error, K2ZI reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or review the order before fulfillment. In such cases, an appropriate correction, replacement, refund, or order cancellation may be made at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

8. Refunds, Replacements, and Final Sale

Because digital goods can be accessed, viewed, copied, redeemed, or consumed immediately, all sales are generally treated as final once delivery has been completed.

• Digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery.

• Once a code, key, subscription detail, account access, or digital item has been delivered or revealed, it may no longer be eligible for refund.

• Exceptions may be considered only where a product is proven invalid, unusable, not delivered, or materially defective, and the issue is verified by our support process.

• Refunds, replacements, credits, or other resolutions are handled case by case at K2ZI’s discretion, subject to applicable law and supplier rules.

9. Product Issues and Support Process

If you experience a problem with a product, you must contact K2ZI support directly through the official support channels provided on our website.

• The customer must submit the issue personally using their own account or verified contact information.

• Support requests should include relevant information such as order number, purchase details, screenshots, error messages, and any evidence needed for review.

• Claims made by unauthorized third parties, incomplete reports, or unverifiable complaints may be delayed, rejected, or closed.

• K2ZI may request additional information before a replacement, refund review, or technical investigation is completed.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, scrape data, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, abuse promotions, or use the services in violation of applicable law or third-party rules.

Products purchased from K2ZI must not be used in a manner that breaches provider terms, local law, or platform restrictions.

11. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect customers, suppliers, and our platform, K2ZI reserves the right to review, hold, delay, limit, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, high-risk, unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent.

• We may request identity confirmation, payment verification, ownership confirmation, or other reasonable checks before completing an order.

• Failure to cooperate with verification may result in delay, cancellation, refusal of service, or account restrictions.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

K2ZI may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or order where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, policy violation, payment risk, chargeback abuse, unauthorized use, false claims, or conduct that threatens the safety, operations, or reputation of our platform.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer opens a false, abusive, or unauthorized chargeback after receiving a delivered product or support response, K2ZI reserves the right to dispute that chargeback using available transaction, delivery, account, and communication records.

• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent restriction.

• Customers are encouraged to contact K2ZI support first before opening a payment dispute.

14. Third-Party Providers and Brand Relationship

K2ZI may offer products that originate from third-party publishers, brands, issuers, or service providers.

• Unless explicitly stated, K2ZI is not the official owner, operator, or direct brand representative of those third-party products or services.

• Brand names, service names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the relevant product or compatibility.

15. Service Availability

K2ZI aims to keep the website and services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, or error-free operation. Temporary downtime, technical issues, maintenance, supplier delays, stock interruptions, or external service failures may occur.

16. Intellectual Property

The K2ZI website, branding, design, text, graphics, layout, and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website materials without authorization, except as permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K2ZI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption.

Where liability cannot be excluded, K2ZI’s total liability relating to a specific claim will generally be limited to the amount actually paid for the affected order.

18. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K2ZI, its operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, payment dispute abuse, or violation of law or third-party rights.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of K2ZI, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute arising from the use of K2ZI shall be subject to the appropriate courts or legal authorities with valid jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
